Before move-in, we recorded the room with a 360° camera.
On September 30, 2026, Kim Se-min recorded the room before the tenant moved in, so its starting condition could be checked if a question arose later. On the same day, Sora accompanied the tenant to a community center to ask about address and rental reporting.
A 360° overview helps show the room as a whole. Keep original files and capture dates, and add close-ups of marks and separate appliance checks. Compare the record with the tenant and landlord when needed; photography alone does not determine responsibility for a later issue.
